The Liberty Union wrestling team placed 5th out of 22 teams at the Central District Division III Sectional Wrestling Tournament. Gabby Burris has been named the District II Division III Coaches Association Player of the Year. Burris is averaging 21 points and 13.6 rebounds a game for the Lions this season. She is shooting 55.3 percent from the field and 73.4 percent from the free throw line on the year.
